Courtney Steals Top Spot After Impressive Winton Win James Courtney has taken over the V8 Supercar Championship lead after an impressive victory on May 16th at Winton Raceway. He has displaced Team Vodafone's Jamie Whincup at the top of the leaderboard after Whincup finished an unimpressive 24th. It is Courtney's fourth successive race win and the first time someone other than Whincup has been leading the championship since Bathurst 2008.  Jim Beam Juggernaut Sweeps in the Ipswich 300 Jim Beam Racing driver James Courtney has held off Garth Tander in an exciting race at Queensland Raceway on May 2nd to take out both races of the Ipswich 300.
